Bobby Smith – Elder
Bobby Smith is a Laurens County native and lives in the small, rural community of Mountville. Bobby and his wife Terry have four sons, one daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. Bobby holds a BS degree from Liberty University and is the CEO of a local electric cooperative.
