Family Mission Trip

Many families from Cornerstone take a week off during the summer annually to engage in a mission project, typically somewhere in the southeastern section of the U.S. Staying in a campground close to the work site, most set up campers, some rent cabins, and a few have put up tents. Adults and youth spend the days working on a church building or on homes damaged by storms, and teams of ladies work to provide daily meals. All gather after supper for singing and a devotional led by one of our men.

The annual Family Mission Trip is a high point of our year as we fellowship while working, eating, worshiping, and just hanging out together.
